What a sunny Sunday in the autumn-colour-painted Ontario countryside!
Yesterday we spent a great day in the cozy town Elora among its creatuve
street art, beautiful old houses and pastel nature colours. Several
cute shops and galleries invite you for a visit, squirrels run around
the trees and the sun was shining! At the end of the day we enjoyed a
Canadian organic ice-cream too: I had a ball of lavender-blueberry one,
while Nico enjoyed two huge scoops of maple+pumpkin ice-cream...A place
not to miss when you are in this part of the (big) country!
Hello Jana, I always wonder where you are in the world! Your photos show the personality of the area. I like the pointing statue. (The ice cream sounds great, too!)
ReplyDeleteHere I'm. I was in Madagascar last two weeks. Now you are in Canada. I like very much your shots and this country. Have a nice evening, dear Jana.

You certainly get around Jana - the autumn colours and sunshine in Canada are lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors of Autumn! We don't have that season in our country but I got to experience that in Seoul and I absolutely loved its hues :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! And the blue-green roof of the church just brings out the yellow in the trees' leaves :)
Hi Jana,
ReplyDeletevery nice pictures of Ontario. We hope you enjoy the colurs of the ending "Indian Summer".

Thank you, Jana, for sharing the wonderful time in Elora. It’s such a charming town. The squirrel in the golden yellow is magically fantastic. I’ll have lavender-blueberry ice-cream, too, please.

Sounds like a fun trip. I wonder what lavender-blueberry taste like. Looks like the squirrel is enjoying his own treat.
ReplyDeleteyep, dear blogger fiends, the ice-cream was amazingly delicious and the flavours simply outstanding! so next time you pass by in Elora, Ontario, dont forget to stop by the Oil&Vinegar Shop in Old Mill Street where they sell this bio-yumminess:-)
