Thailand is often called "country of smiles"...and indeed one may
encouter smiles at every corner! Of course not everyone is walking
around with a big smile, but the people seem to love smiling for good
mood, as a greeting or just when they see one is taking pictures.
Another thing that striked me is the fact that you (almost) always see
Thai people working, they are like tireless and hard-working nation,
always busy.

I agree! The Thais are very friendly :) Helpful too when asking directions!
Never been there but looks like a wonderful place to visit, especially with such friendly people. And it looks SO colourful there !

Hello, i love the face of the old lady in the bus. She looks so happy :-) The one on the boat is great too! I'd love to prepare and have dinner with them, they seem to have plenty of happy stories to tell!!! Xxx

It is nice to encounter friendly and happy people during your trips. I have been to places where people are quite rude.
